What should I bring to my first consultation?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. We'll do a basic movement assessment, but nothing too strenuous. Most importantly, bring your questions and goals!

How long is the free consultation?

Plan for about 45-60 minutes. This gives us time to discuss your goals, review your health history, perform a movement assessment, and design your initial program.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Absolutely not! I work with clients at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to athletes. Your program will be designed specifically for your current fitness level and will progress as you get stronger.

What if I have injuries or health conditions?

I specialize in working with various health conditions and can modify exercises as needed. Please share any injuries or health concerns during your consultation so I can design a safe, effective program for you.

How often should I train?

This depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Most clients see great results with 2-3 sessions per week, but we'll determine the best frequency for you during your consultation.

What's your cancellation policy?

I understand life happens! Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible. We'll discuss the full policy during your consultation.
