Plan for about 45-60 minutes. This gives us time to discuss your goals, review your health history, perform a movement assessment, and design your initial program.
Absolutely not! I work with clients at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to athletes. Your program will be designed specifically for your current fitness level and will progress as you get stronger.
I specialize in working with various health conditions and can modify exercises as needed. Please share any injuries or health concerns during your consultation so I can design a safe, effective program for you.
This depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Most clients see great results with 2-3 sessions per week, but we'll determine the best frequency for you during your consultation.
