A class that fits your people

Make movement part of the day.

An office team and a community class have different needs. We'll choose the pace, format, and exercises around your group and the space you have.

A movement break

A short, guided session focused on mobility and everyday movement. Discuss seated or standing options that fit a break in the workday.

For teams looking for an approachable place to begin.

Strength & mobility

A group workout combining strength exercises, mobility, and clear coaching. The plan reflects participants' experience and the equipment available.

For a workplace class or an ongoing weekly routine.

Community classes

Bring a club, community organization, or existing group together for a shared workout. Mia's experience includes leading the KEFI community class.

For groups that value encouragement and consistency.

Thoughtful coaching.
Real encouragement.

I'm Mia Johnson, a Denver native, former firefighter, and NSCA-certified personal trainer with more than 10 years of experience.

I've taught group exercise (Group X) boot camps and lead the KEFI community class. I bring that experience to supportive group coaching focused on strength, mobility, and clear instruction.

For your workplace, we'll begin with a conversation about who wants to participate and what a realistic session looks like in your day.

Easy to explore. Thoughtfully planned.

Start with one class.

A conversation first, a session tailored to your group, and a clear decision about what comes next.

  1. Tell me about your group.

Share your location, approximate headcount, preferred times, and whether you're looking for a movement break or a fuller workout.

  2. Agree on the details.

We'll confirm the format, duration, space, equipment, and fee before you book an introductory class.

  3. Find a rhythm that works.

After the class, discuss participant feedback and whether a recurring weekly session fits your team.

For the person organizing it

Let's make the details clear.

You don't need a complete wellness program planned before we talk.

Do we need an on-site gym?

Not necessarily. A movement session may work in an appropriate open room. We'll review the available space and the proposed activities before confirming that the location is suitable.

How many people can join, and how long is a class?

Group size and session length are agreed before booking. They depend on the format, participants, available space, and the level of coaching needed.

What does a group session cost?

Ask for a quote based on your location, group size, session length, and equipment needs. We'll confirm travel and any other charges before you book.

Can people with different fitness backgrounds attend?

We'll discuss the group's experience and appropriate exercise options in advance. Participants can share individual limitations privately with Mia. Some needs may require individual coaching or guidance from a healthcare provider.

Where do you travel for workplace classes?

I'm exploring workplace groups in downtown Denver and Greenwood Village/DTC. Send your address or neighborhood and preferred times so we can discuss whether the location fits my schedule.
