My Journey

Hey everyone! My name is Mia.

I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, with a strong foundation in health and fitness shaped from an early age. Coming from a family deeply rooted in law enforcement, I grew up with a clear understanding of what the human body is truly capable of. That belief in my own strength led me to become a firefighter, one of only 3% of women in the department. 🔥

Today, I'm a proud mother of two 💕, and I know firsthand the challenges of balancing family, career, and personal health. With over 10 years of experience as a nationally certified trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), I bring deep expertise, discipline, resilience, and compassion into every session I lead.

I work with people of all ages, abilities, and walks of life because fitness is for everyone. 💪 My life's mission is to help my clients unlock the strongest version of themselves.
